    I remember my best friend and I went as very young pups to a yoga class and couldn’t get with the program at all. I remember sniggering throughout the class with my best friend and obviously, the teacher nor the rest of the class appreciated it!I left the class scoffing the whole thing and announcing to one and all that yoga was for hippies

    I soon ate my words…. it took a bit of growing up and a move to Australia to open my eyes and body to the benefits that yoga gives. Since then I have tried other forms and I can only say that it is probably thee best form of exercise that I have ever done. I enjoy others but the sense of well-being that yoga gives and the lifting of the fog that can cloud your mind after a busy day disappears after an hour of stretching and breathing. so simple but yet so powerful.
